2016 - 2019
Achievement
Tatweer took over SEZAD’s assets, completed O&M contracts, explored revenue opportunities, managed assets efficiently, and implemented CAFM systems.
2020 - 2022
Objectives
Approve and implement the Asset Management Policy and CAFM, build an in-house O&M team, manage and supervise contracts, prepare TORs, and ensure assets are sustainable, safe, and high-quality.
2023 - 2024
Milestones
Completed asset transfer, formed an in-house team, activated asset management system, and achieved HSE compliance.
2025
Smart Asset
High-tech management and control systems with automatic response and real-time asset status monitoring.
